We are looking for a Sales Engineer/Executive for a Steel Fabrication company in the UAE. Salary : AED7,000 (lumpsum package) Requirements:

Must have experience in visiting construction sites, dealing with Main contractors and Consultants.
Can lead team of Sales people.
Be able to generate sales of Aed 3 million annually
A minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
Steel Fabrication or Construction environment experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills are required.
Strong organization, leadership, negotiation and delegation skills are required.
.Must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically with a number of diverse people,
both on an individual basis as well as within group situations.
Proven ability to develop lasting, positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customers
Follow up with potential customers to turn quote into an order within a reasonable timeframe
Contact potential new customers for issues or general sales visit
Get involved with quality issues either internally or at customer\xe2\x80\x99s facility
Track daily/monthly sales quotas and awards and report to management
Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key
Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan
Travel to prospective clients and markets as needed.
Establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations
Perform other routine tasks as assigned
