We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient
Sales Engineer
specializing in
Smart Home Automation Systems
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing automation projects from concept to completion.
The role requires a strong technical background in smart home and ELV solutions, as well as a valid
Qatar driving license
to facilitate site visits, client meetings, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
Smart Home
and
Building Automation
sectors.
Conduct
client meetings
,
site surveys
, and
product demonstrations
.
Prepare and present
technical and commercial proposals
.
Collaborate with the
design and engineering teams
to deliver tailored automation solutions.
Oversee project execution, ensuring
timely delivery

quality control
, and
client satisfaction
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
consultants, contractors, and end-users
.
Meet and exceed assigned
sales targets
while contributing to the company's growth strategy.
Stay informed on
market trends
,
competitor activities
, and
emerging technologies
in the automation industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
3-8 years
of experience in
sales
and
project execution
of Smart Home, ELV, or Building Automation Systems.
Practical knowledge of
lighting control
,
home networking
,
audio-video systems
,
CCTV
,
access control
, and common
automation protocols
.
Strong
communication
,
negotiation
, and
presentation
skills.
Must possess a
valid Qatar driving license
.
Proven ability to work
independently
and manage
multiple projects
simultaneously.
Fluency in English
is required;
Arabic proficiency
is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
