Based in Dubai and or Sharjah office promote and sell HVAC/R products, spare parts and services to customers including MEP Contractors, Developers, Facilities Management companies, wholesalers, and end-users.
Generate new customer contact leads by cold calls/visits/online search etc.
Identify, establish and maintain relationships with HVAC/R customers to generate sales opportunities.
Participates in the development of personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Aids in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy
Develop and maintain knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry trends
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, finance and sales to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Manage and update customer records, including sales activities, opportunities, and contact information
Prospects bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers
Attend trade shows and industry events to stay updated on HVAC products and market trends
Identify & update management on customer feedback, including complaints, requests, and market feedback
Provide accurate forecasting of sales on Monthly/Quarterly & Annually and develop sales strategies to achieve targets

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Min 2 years Experience in HVAC Sales with good technical knowledge in Residential & Applied HVAC systems.
Fluent English (Speak, Read and Write) is mandatory, Arabic language speaking is a big plus
Candidates with good contacts with consultants/developers/MEP & AC Contractors only need to apply.
Good computer literacy to work on Microsoft Office, ERP software & HVAC technical software is mandatory.
Candidate should possess UAE driving license.
