We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in pest control or facility management services in the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local market, customer expectations, and regulatory environment (Dubai Municipality)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
Conduct site inspections, understand client needs, and provide customized pest control solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotations in line with Dubai Municipality standards.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify strategic opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and deals using CRM software.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in pest control or facilities management in Dubai or the UAE.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), HACCP, and ISO standards is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication (English
