v Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customers
v Review and/or update pricing on existing parts
v Review each quote to assure that all detail has been included and that profit is acceptable
v Follow up with potential customers to turn quote into an order within a reasonable timeframe
v Provide support and assistance to the estimators and support staff as needed
v Manage the estimators for fabrication and estimate orders when needed
v Contact potential new customers for issues or general sales visit
v Revise pricing on existing parts and submit to customers
v Get involved with quality issues either internally or at customer\xe2\x80\x99s facility
v Review and approve quotes before sending to customer. If not approved, work with estimators to revise
v Interface with customers in an efficient and courteous manner
v Track daily/monthly sales quotas and awards and report to management
v Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the LES management team
v Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan
v Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with LES marketing, estimator, project manager, and senior management team
v Travel to prospective clients and markets as needed
v Establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations
v Perform other routine tasks as assignedProfile DescriptionCandidates should have a steel fabrication background. Must have knowledge of Main Contractors, Engineering Consultants in the market and have worked in a Sub-contractor firm.
