Identify and approach target projects, already existing or planned, to be reported in detail and tracked as follows: project type, potential expressed in couplers quantity, steel fabricator(s), construction company, consultants. Gain the approval for Linxion couplers.
Strategic actions and visits to key consultants aimed at having LINXION system specified in the target projects.
Organize seminars and presentations to the key players in the target markets.
Examine the feasibility of a different business model, by approaching job sites and construction companies to create a winning synergy with selected steel fabricators.
Regular visits to LINXION customers, providing consistent support for their target projects (in order to have LINXION properly approved), and discussion on the sales forecasts.
