Responsible for selling preventive maintenance contracts and after?sales services for elevators, garage doors, and property maintenance solutions. Combines technical understanding with sales skills to secure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) deals, support service operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new maintenance contract opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Build strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, property developers, and FM companies
Technical Assessment
Conduct site inspections to assess equipment condition, maintenance history, and service needs
Evaluate lift systems, garage doors, automatic gates, and general property facilities to recommend suitable maintenance packages
Proposal & Contracting
Prepare maintenance quotations, technical/commercial offers, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Develop tailored AMC plans (monthly, quarterly, semi?annual, annual) based on equipment condition and client budget
Negotiation & Agreement Finalization
Lead pricing, contract terms, spare parts coverage, and response time negotiations
Ensure service contracts reflect the correct scope and agreed technical conditions
Post-Sales & Customer Support
Act as primary point of contact for customers throughout the contract period
Coordinate with service technicians and maintenance supervisors for timely service delivery
Handle customer concerns, breakdown response, and escalation issues
Market Insights
Track competitor maintenance packages, pricing, and service trends
Identify opportunities for upgrades, modernization, and spare parts sales
Reporting & CRM
Keep accurate records of leads, quotations, contracts, and renewals
Update CRM systems and provide monthly sales forecasts
