Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Sales Executive / Technical Sales Engineer

to drive business development and client engagement for our

villa and commercial maintenance services

. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP and general maintenance, strong sales acumen, and the ability to convert technical insights into business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the

villa, residential, and commercial maintenance sectors

Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and client referrals Prepare and deliver technical proposals, maintenance contracts, and quotations tailored to client needs Conduct

site visits and technical assessments

to understand maintenance requirements (MEP, civil, general repairs, etc.) Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility managers, homeowners, real estate firms, and property developers Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in building maintenance

Requirements:

Minimum

2-5 years of sales experience

in the

building maintenance or facilities management

industry Technical background in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

is preferred Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance works Proven track record in closing maintenance contracts for villas, buildings, or commercial spaces Excellent communication and negotiation skills Valid UAE driving license is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

Existing client network in the UAE real estate or facility management market

Familiarity with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), preventive maintenance, and call-out systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:
