Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in residential and commercial landscaping services
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, property managers, and contractors
Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and present customized landscaping solutions
Prepare accurate proposals, bids, and contracts
Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution
Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools
Stay current on industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
10 years of sales experience in the landscaping industry
(required)
Strong understanding of landscaping services such as maintenance, design/build, irrigation, hardscaping, and seasonal services
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and proposal tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to commercial properties, HOAs, or municipal clients
Existing industry contacts and client network
Knowledge of estimating and job costing in landscaping
