Responsible for 100% achievement of sales and gross profits (GP) in KSA as per given targets
Supporting the Regional Sales Manager to proactively develop GEZE's regional business in the assigned territories and continuously explore for new opportunities to support all product lines and sales channels in building a healthy mix of revenue generation
Responsible for developing close professional relationships with key revenue accounts, contractors/sub-contractors, fabricators, partners, dealers/sub-dealers, hardware packagers, customers etc.
Establish/maintain a professional network of partners primarily via indirect channels as well as direct channels where reachable and to maintain professional customer relationships
To assist Regional Sales Manager in development and implementation of the regional strategic plan.
To work within assigned sphere of delegation and take prior approval on any deviation on standard GEZE commercial, operational terms & policy.
First support on handling of customer Grievances - Damages, complaints, wrong deliveries as first response to external customers.
Ensuring solid efficiency in the business forecast & at least 3-months advance backlog through healthy ordered or visible project data that is reported to the regional sales management every month.
To follow up, action and update through reporting templates for leads generated through GEZE participated events (like events, workshops, exhibitions etc.)
To provide support on product solutions, technical aspects and to drive effective service operations and processes to ensure quality installation deliverables in coordination with GEZE Key account/partner for the territory
Collaborate and work respectfully with the GEZE internal support departments including sales back-office, product management, specification, technical and commercial support colleagues
Implement the GEZE corporate culture in the sales region and manage partners sales/support teams to serve GEZE customers/interest with highest level of professionalism and business ethics
Background / Experience
Applicant must be willing to relocate in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after completing a training period in the UAE
Proven sales experience preferably in the KSA region within the construction, building and/or engineering industries
Familiar with automatic & manual door control systems, door hardware, access control and related technologies
Familiar with automatic & manual door control systems, door hardware, access control and related technologies
Self-starter/proactive, Team Player
UAE or KSA driving license with own car
Excellent written & spoken Arabic & English business language skills
