This job profile focuses on rugged computing solutions, catering to industries requiring durable and reliable devices for harsh environments. The role involves visting and understanding client needs, recommending suitable ruggedized products, and integrating these solutions with industrial and business systems. Responsibilities include technical consultation, market development, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders while providing any general repair or troubleshooting if needed. A solid background in industrial computing, business development, and account management is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibility & Duties:
Sales - Research all the large customer accounts in key industry verticals as defined by management. Prepare a summary presentation report on each of them. (Format of presentation report will be provided by management.)
Sales - Do detailed account mapping and identify key decision makers for technical and commercial functions, as well as other project and current deployment information, as per the focus account list as defined by management. ( Format will be given by management)
Sales - Become technically competent enough about the technologies and applications in the rugged computing industry so as to be able to do consultative selling to key customers for complex projects.
Sales - Lead Generation : Reseponsible for lead generation and building up a sales pipeline ( which will be qualified by management ), both for run rate business, as well as projects, and updating the pipeline based on format given by the management.
Sales- Consultative selling based on customer's project requirements, negotiation and closing of deals, order processing, coordination of delivery and payments until the close of the transaction
Sales - Technical - Pre-Sales Proof of concepts with customers for their project requirements.
Technical - Solution design in consultation with the senior pre-sales solution architects in the group of companies.
Technical - Installation and commissioning of equipment.
Technical - Participation and involvement in type and acceptance testing procedures
Technical - Preliminary troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
Languages:
Fluent in English and preferably Arabic.
Qualification:
Bachelors of Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation or Electrical.
Experience Required:
Should be able to open up and do troubleshooting on computers, preferably laptops/tablets.
Proficient in Windows OS. Detailed knowledge of Android strongly preferred
Should be aware of the local landscape
Should have a driving license.
Should be willing to be based in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E) - Should be willing to be based in Dammam, Jeddah, Riyahd (KSA)
