Our client is a well-reputed distributor of cryogenic tanks, pumps, process systems, heat exchangers and provides service and solutions for clients that rely on specialty and industrial gases in the healthcare, energy, engineering, marine and scientific industries.

The role will be responsible for new business development and client acquisition for telemetry, flow measurement systems, and instrumentation equipment for cryogenic products.

Candidates must have consultative solutions sales and cross selling capabilities to build value-driven solutions to increase sales profit, revenue and market share.

Role Summary

  • Lead generation, client prospecting, sales presentations, preparation of technical proposals, contract negotiations and signing new business to meet annual sales targets.
  • Sales planning and pipeline management on a monthly, quarterly and annual frequency.
  • Participate in industry events and network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop relevant marketing collateral including content for social media and newsletters.
  • Develop training programs and materials to increase the competence of all colleagues.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years' in UAE / GCC new business development in cryogenic industrial applications (including cryogenic pumps) such as cryogenic pumps or equipment for LNG, LPG, CO2, propane, hydrogen or liquid nitrogen applications.
  • Strong experience in client prospecting, developing new business opportunities and growing exiting accounts through cross-selling value driven solutions.
  • Strong experience in complex sales cycles and negotiations with the ability to close new business.
  • UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering
Candidate Profile
  • Currently living in the United Arab Emirates or GCC.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to deliver well-articulated sales pitches.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build long term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results orientated.
