Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering.

Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or India. Proven track record in sales, business development, or technical support within the industrial real estate or manufacturing facilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new end users for sale or lease of the industrial and manufacturing facilities in UAE. Engage with end users to understand technical requirements and propose tailored facility solutions. Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely project delivery. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, commercial offers, and end user proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with free zone authorities and other key stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge & Skills:

Strong technical understanding of industrial and manufacturing facilities, including building systems, design concepts, and construction processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both authorities and end users. Familiarity with industrial zones and authorities (e.g., RAKEZ, KEZAD, JAFZA, DIC) is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools preferred.
