What you will do

The Sales Engineer role is key to the successful growth of Ruskin Titus Gulf (RTG) brand in the UAE, you will report directly to the Sales Manager of RTG and will be based in Abu Dhabi. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for delivering a sales target for the Abu Dhabi territory across the RTG product portfolio covering Air Distribution and Air Controls.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience in sales and air distribution & control products to increase our market share by driving new business sales.

How you will do it

As a Sales Engineer you will seek, qualify and close new product sales opportunities and expansion of the channels, identifying key channel relationships that are collaborative to the growth of product sales. You will manage and maintain the relationships / channels you build from concept and contractual negotiations through implementation and product delivery while evaluating existing market coverage and opportunity and developing plans for each channel to increase product sales.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls and the RTG brand, demonstrating your deep market knowledge of the air distribution & controls sector, our competitor\xe2\x80\x99s strategies, products and services.

You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You\xe2\x80\x99re driven and consistent in your approach to work, running multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.

What we look for

Required

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience with shown profitable growth in product sales for the HVAC air distribution & controls portfolio within Abu Dhabi Market

Proven understanding of air control, air distribution, & VAVs

Resolved, results driven, strong sales drive

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient language skill in English (reading, writing, spoken)

Valid UAE Driving License

Preferred

Proficient language skills in Arabic
