We're looking for experienced professionals to join our team and drive business growth in the UAE's Fitout & AMC market!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand our customer base in the UAE, focusing on long?term relationships and customer satisfaction.
Market Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of pricing patterns and market demands for Fitout and AMC services. Leverage market insights to enhance competitiveness.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage new clients, pitch company solutions effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Technical & Sales Collaboration: Work closely with technical and sales teams to meet client requirements and produce accurate commercial proposals.
Estimating & Quoting: Estimate manpower needs for AMC, fit?out work, and modification projects, and prepare quotations in collaboration with the estimation team.
Negotiations & Closing: Negotiate tender and contract terms with clients, successfully closing deals with a win?win approach.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all proposals and services align with local civil defense regulations and basic NFPA standards.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales or Business Development, particularly in the Fire & Security industry within the UAE market.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
