Purpose of the Job:



The Sales Engineer - Electrical Engineer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities in the electrical and industrial sectors. The role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting client expectations. This role requires proactive engagement with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and offering optimal solutions that align with company capabilities and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within electrical and industrial sectors. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Understand client requirements and provide technical consultation to offer tailored solutions. Prepare, present, and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, address technical issues, and provide client support throughout the project lifecycle. Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals in line with company objectives. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business threats or opportunities. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company solutions and brand visibility. Provide timely sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to management. Support contract negotiations and ensure commercial agreements are aligned with company policies.

Requirements / Qualifications / Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of electrical, industrial, or technical solutions. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and engineering concepts. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Customer-focused mindset with ability to build long-term client relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team. Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. UAE driving license preferred.
