We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Marketing / Sales Engineer (Electrical)

to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the

Qatari power systems market

, particularly within

Transmission & Distribution infrastructure

, and strong relationships with key entities such as

KAHRAMAA, PWA (Ashghal)

, and

QatarEnergy

.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Insight & Analysis:

Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within Qatar's power and infrastructure sectors.

Business Development & Marketing:

Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to promote the company's engineering and technical services. Engage with potential clients, including KAHRAMAA, Ashghal, and QatarEnergy.

Project & Tender Management:

Prepare and submit tenders, coordinate with internal teams for smooth project transition from acquisition to execution.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Continuous Improvement:

Gather client feedback and market intelligence to refine strategies and enhance service offerings.

Preferred Skills:

Proven track record in project management, tendering, and business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of the Qatari market and its regulatory environment.
