Job Description

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach hotels/partners in assigned territory (walk-ins, visits, networking events) Build pipeline: lead generation, qualification, discovery meetings, demos, and follow-ups Present DOTS solutions (Dsuite / Saavy Pay modules) with confidence and clear communication Coordinate with presales/technical team for requirements, demos, and proposals Maintain CRM updates: lead status, next steps, meeting notes, probability, and expected closure date Support proposal submission, negotiation, and closing Coordinate handover to project/support teams after closure
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any, but business/IT preferred)

Minimum 2 years sales experience

Strong English communication (Arabic is a plus if you target UAE) Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, presentable Willing to do

field visits daily

(not only online meetings)

IT background/understanding is a must

(software concepts, integration basics) UAE driving license preferred (if role is UAE-based)
KPIs (monthly)

New qualified leads created Number of physical customer visits/meetings Demos conducted Proposal count and proposal-to-win ratio Pipeline value created vs target Closed-won revenue (or bookings) vs target CRM hygiene (100% activity logging)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
