MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Expertly market the Company\'s technical AM capabilities, and solutions with a focus on the assigned market segments by cultivating strong client relationships across all levels and locations. 2. Proactively identify new applications for AM parts to be replicated across specific industries. 3. Maintain active relationships with existing or past clients, and record client & market data on the CRM. 4. Develop client management plans, prioritize target markets and create sales forecasts. 5. Grow and establish a resilient presence in the AM industry by actively attending trade shows, exhibitions and proactively pursue opportunities in new markets. 6. Work with the Sales Director to develop/achieve yearly sales targets and identify potential target markets. 7. Record client specifications and work with Estimation team to produce detailed cost estimates. 8. Coordinate with Accounts to check client relationship history. 9. Regularly update the CRM and report all client interactions on the CRM. 10. Prepare and issue Sales Quotations upon receiving instructions from the client to proceed. 11. Communicate project specifications to polymer / metal teams to initiate design and / or production. 12. Liaise and coordinate between Company\'s internal resources and clients to manage expectations and delivery deadlines. 13. Work closely with clients to determine their future needs and proposing suitable solutions and services in order to grow revenue 14. Develop new solutions and services by combining several existing products/services and generating leads to establish a corresponding market sector in order to gain new business 15. Close and deliver revenue plan of quota representing DIS and Service Bureau in the Oil & Gas, Automotive, Fit out. 16. Prepares action plans by account for review with management 17. Provides timely feedback to management 18. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts 19. Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES 20. Actively contribute to the Company\'s AM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documents. 21. Work with the Financial Controller to follow-up with clients on outstanding payments. 22. Support the technical team in identifying advances in metal and polymer technologies. SCOPE OF AUTHORITY \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with department managers and Cost Estimation Executives to produce detailed cost estimates.
Work with polymer / metal teams to initiate design / production according to client specifications.
Work with Sales Director to develop and calibrate quarterly and annual sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated experience in sales and business development in the AM industry.
Degree qualification in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent solutions/ industry experience.
3-4 years of sales management or consulting experience for similar solutions organization, preferably in experience with: strategic accounts and delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven Sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communications skills.
Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Knowledgeable in additive manufacturing, and advanced technologies.
Demonstrated experience in managing and closing sales cycles with a proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
Preferably with Oil & Gas, Automotive, Fit out work experience
