Call and follow up with marketing-generated leads to identify sales opportunities.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client needs and project specifications.
Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and ensure proper solution recommendations.
Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and support during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support as needed.
Report regularly on sales activities, progress, and pipeline updates.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B sales, especially in dealing with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
Commission-Based Salary Structure
Attractive commission on each closed deal or project secured.
Potential for performance-based bonuses and growth incentives.
No fixed monthly salary (or optionally: basic salary + commission, depending on your structure).
