Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
Building Insulation
products (e.g., thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, cladding systems, etc.).
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals and payment follow-up.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
(mandatory).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience in Building Insulation product sales
(not general MEP project sales).
Strong technical and commercial knowledge of insulation materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License (required).
