Job Description

This role requires a strong blend of technical know-how and commercial acumen, particularly from candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and 5+ years of field experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, system integrators, and consultants. Understand client requirements and propose suitable automation solutions (including mechanical-electrical integration). Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals. Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical presentation, quotation, negotiation, and closing. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's automation portfolio. Provide technical support before and after the sale, including troubleshooting and post-sales coordination. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products, market trends, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory); additional certifications in automation, instrumentation, or control systems is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial automation or related sectors. Preferred nationality Indians- with UAE Experience Good understanding of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, VFDs, industrial sensors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, etc.). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
