Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sectors.
Adroit in Sales & Marketing, Operations management, Business expansion, Revenue generation, Project Management, Team Management, Process improvement, CRM, etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and construction solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Prior experience working in a
contracting or construction company
is a must.
3-5 years of experience in the Qatari market.
Strong knowledge of construction and interior design processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Native in Arabic Fluent in English
Must be based in Doha and available for immediate hiring.
Qatar Light Driving License is an advantage.
Valid QID.
Available NOC.
