Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients generated through our marketing and advertising channels.
Schedule appointments for clients to visit the office.
Welcome and receive clients during the absence of managers.
Present and clearly explain the company's engineering and architectural services.
Persuade and guide clients toward the most suitable service packages.
Follow up with leads and convert them into paying clients.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales performance.
Collaborate with the management team to enhance client experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture major preferred).
Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in engineering, consultancy, or real estate).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
Presentable, well-organized, and persuasive personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
Ability to work independently and handle client interactions confidently.
