Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales activities for fit-out and maintenance projects from lead generation to project handover
Prepare and present technical proposals and solutions based on client requirements
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for accurate project scoping
Collaborate with design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure project alignment
Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals
Maintain a structured database of leads, opportunities, and sales performance reports
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years
of experience in sales within the fit-out and/or maintenance industry (UAE market experience preferred)
Strong technical understanding of fit-out and maintenance solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
UAE driving license is an advantage
