Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer (AHU & FCU) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, specifying, and selling Finpower's range of air handling and fan coil units, while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.

The candidate must possess a UAE Driving License and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Finpower's AHU and FCU product range to consultants, MEP contractors, and project owners.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with project specifications and customer requirements.

Coordinate with the design, estimation, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and site visits to identify opportunities.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities within the UAE.

Ensure proper follow-up on quotations, negotiations, and project finalization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably with AHU/FCU product lines.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, project specifications, and selection procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HVAC selection software is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
