to drive project-based sales for soundproofing and noise-control solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven sales capability and client relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for
acoustic insulation and soundproofing projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Technical & Commercial Support
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications related to acoustic works
Propose suitable acoustic solutions (walls, ceilings, floors, panels, enclosures, absorbers, etc.)
Prepare technical submittals, acoustic data sheets, and compliance documents
Coordinate with estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations
Support tender negotiations and project closure
Project Coordination
Act as the main point of contact from project award to completion
Coordinate with execution teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Follow up on variations, additional works, and payments
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
3-7 years of UAE experience
in
acoustic insulation or soundproofing solutions
Strong knowledge of acoustic materials and systems (rockwool, glasswool, acoustic panels, resilient mounts, etc.)
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Proven network with consultants, contractors, and fit-out companies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
