With five core locations worldwide, Easygenerator is growing quickly and we believe that our success comes from our people. Due to this growth, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to help us optimize our teams performance.



The opportunity:

We\'re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to take our performance to the next level. In this role, you\'ll work closely with departmental managers (including business development, sales, customer success, and marketing) to optimize team performance.

As an Easygenerator Sales Enablement Specialist, you will:

• Collaborating with marketing, business development, and sales teams to create engaging and informative sales material (E.g. presentations, case studies, email templates, etc).
• Creating interactive training programs and coaching materials, including courses using Easygenerator and conducting role-play training.
• Owning and constantly enhancing our new joiner onboarding program for the commercial teams to reduce ramp-up time.
• Analyzing sales processes and workflows together with our Revenue Operations team to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the commercial teams.
• Coordinating between teams to ensure that everyone is up-to-date with new initiatives or updates to improve overall alignment and communication.

Qualifications

Our ideal Sales Enablement Speacialist will have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or a commercial background.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a strong execution mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills and openness to innovative ideas.
• Growth mindset and adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
