We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets. This role requires exceptional communication skills, an ability to build lasting relationships with clients, and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities. The Sales Professional will be responsible for promoting our products and services, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.Identify and qualify potential clients through market research and networking.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and professional development.Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or market.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Adaptability to changing market conditions and a willingness to embrace new challenges.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.Salary will be between 8000 - 9000 AED, depending on the years of experience and skills.
