Company Summary

• Our client is a leading retailer and distributor of mobile devices and accessories, operates mainly in telecommunications and electronics distribution.
• Provides services and solution for Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables , and Gadgets.
• Has gained presence spans in Middle East , Africa and CIS Regions. One of the distributer of major consumer brands such as Samsung, Nokia, Oppo and many more.
• Established 7 years ago, Offices in Kuwait, Qatar and UAE with +100 employees. Headquarted in Dubai.

• After successful 2024, looking for Business Head to join the team in Dubai.
• Reporting directly to the Chairman.
• Oversee sales, and operational teams by managing technicians, QA workflows, and spare parts procurement.
• Establish and manage end-to-end operations for used electronics (phones, laptops, tablets), including supplier sourcing, product grading, pricing strategy, and refurbishment/testing processes.
• Develop and expand distribution and sales channels across the Middle East, Africa, India, and CIS regions, and report business performance to the Chairman using data-driven dashboards.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Ideally +7 years of experience in sales or business roles within the mobile phone, IT hardware, or electronics trading industry.
• Strong understanding of the refurbished electronics lifecycle and aftermarket supply chain.
• Has existing network of industry contacts, including former colleagues and partners.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial focus.
• Can speak fluent English, and Hindi.

Salary

• +15k to +25k AED per month
