Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver products to assigned customers/retailers on a designated route. Ensure safe and timely delivery while maintaining quality and product condition. Promote and upsell products to existing and potential customers. Collect payments and issue receipts as per company policies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and collections. Load and unload products in an orderly and secure manner. Check vehicle condition regularly and ensure it is well-maintained and clean. Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Follow the daily schedule and optimize routes to increase efficiency. Ensure all sales and delivery documents are properly completed and submitted.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or sales representative (preferred). Basic sales and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physically fit and able to load/unload goods. High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and goal-oriented. Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash and invoices. Time management and organizational skills.
