Job Description

A senior-level role responsible for leading and managing our company's sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee sales operations, and build strong relationships with key clients.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. *

Sales Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals,which you are allowed to build fostering a high-performance culture.

Revenue Growth:

Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding key accounts, and optimizing sales processes.

Sales Operations Management:

Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze sales data, providing regular performance reports to senior management.

Team Development:

Contribute to the hiring, training, and development of sales team members.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
