Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales management within the real estate industry.
  • Must have managed 10 -15 people team.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer behaviors.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Relevant real estate industry certifications or licenses are advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry professionals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
