Seeking a highly proficient Sales Director with a proven market record to spearhead the planning, development and implementation of commercial strategies in line with the ambitious global growth plans of G42 Healthcare.

Reporting into the Senior Director \xe2\x80\x93 Business, G42 Healthcare, your task is to support and accelerate our ambitious mission by implementing a sustainable, profitable and recurring growth pipeline for the unit.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with indepth, global Genomics sales experience.

  • Your core duty will be to plan, develop and implement sales strategies based on G42 Healthcare targets and objectives with the main goal of accelerating growth towards our 5-year aggressive Strategic Roadmap.
  • Boost top line growth in G42 Healthcare key operating units: Diagnostics, Omics, Environmental Sciences and, last but not least, Pharma & Therapeutics. Main focus area is Genomics
  • Display entrepreneurial and global mindset, can-do attitude, pragmatic approach around the priorities, unwavering result orientation that serve as a role model to all your team members and key internal stakeholders.
  • Implement new customer acquisition strategies, locally, regionally and internationally across the globe
  • Manage existing broad / diverse / senior / high stake client relationships and enhance them towards a long term, value generation, mutually fruitful partnerships
  • Implement Pricing strategies to deliver sustainable, profitable margins and recurring business
  • Showcase flexibility, resilience and discipline to withstand pressure and working against super tight deadlines
  • Natural ability to connect across the functions, businesses, franchise \xe2\x80\x93 corporate, and with other key stakeholders within the organization
  • Unparalleled communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and steer commercial conversation towards actionable follow-ups and ultimately results
  • Solid people management skills to develop and grow team profile, skills, attitude and capabilities
  • Passionate about the latest exponential / platform-based technologies and trends in health care and IT, and their transformational impact to patients, stakeholders and society
  • Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service
  • Track, Manage and analyse commercial goals and budgets using KPIs and CRM system
  • Immaculate ethical and integrity to comply with stringent industry and corporate guidelines

Skills and attributes for success
The yardsticks of your performance would include the measurable improvement in the growth, revenue and profitability of the Healthcare Business Unit. Qualifications:
To qualify, you must have
  • 10+ yrs proven track record of international relevant experience as sales, commercial or business development director
  • +5 years experience working with a large and successful Genomics company globally
  • In depth Healthcare experience
  • Strong experience in high level, high stake, high visibility Client Relationship Management in complex organizations and entities, both public and private
  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
  • Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets.
  • Excellent planning and time-management skills
Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also need
  • Ability to travel anywhere, 50% of the time

  • Outstanding communication & problem-solving skills
