Alira real estate is looking for a Sales Director to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced Sales director who can join our team immediately and take it to the next level. Only Russian speaking . Responsibilities
Grow up team and sales
Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
Recruit, hire and train off-plan teams and help them close deals
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Qualifications
2+ years\' of sales leadership experience
3+ years\' of experience in real estate
Strong leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Experience setting sales goals
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
Knowledge in UAE labor and immigration law
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Experience working as a sales director in a brokerage
