Job Description

As a Sales Director , you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of real estate brokers to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service to clients. You will be expected to motivate and train your team to deliver exceptional results and continuously improve their skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of real estate brokers and ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Recruit, train and develop new brokers to join the team.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of your team and provide coaching and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions.
  • Manage the team\'s workflow and ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A valid UAE driving license is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
