We are seeking an experienced Sales Director, who is ready to lead by example, develop the team and has the ability to manage according to the best interest of the shareholders and stakeholders. The job duties shall include but are not limited to: Focus 100% development of new business. Managing the full sales cycle as well as building relationships with clients at all levels. Responsible for looking after the assigned region, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Generation of a portfolio of clients who charter on private jets Cold- calling/emailing/meeting new potential clients Client relationship management Procuring a suitable option for the customer Achievement of revenue targets and ensuring the team meets their targets Maintain and expand business in the assigned areas. Negotiate agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients Expand existing current customer base by recognizing and involving top tour operators and agencies within the area Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction Strictly following company guidelines and policies Prepare sales activities reports such as Sales performance report Qualifications and skills: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (preferably in Aviation) from recognized University Minimum 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Aviation/ Charter Sales / Brokerage Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leading and managing a team Technical skills: Professional competence with Office pack Knowledge in CRM software is an advantage English language: Professional competence in reading/listening/writing/speaking Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels Selling and negotiation skills Strategic Sales Planning Time & territory management Conflict management Project management Capability to work under pressure Highly motivated Disciplined With initiative
