Job Description
Our client, one of the leading retail distributor is hiring a capable Sales Director to lead an expanding sales management team.
What will you do?
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals
Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
Establish a sales training program to train new employees
Meet with sales managers to assess company performance
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
What are we looking for?
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field
Must have experience with kids apparel or toys
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Must have a drivers license and own a car
Preference is given to locally available candidates
