Description

Promoting the company's brands and introducing new product to the market.

Responsible for achieving aggressive monthly targets.

Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

Plans and overseas advertising and promotional activities.

Organize payment plans for the projects.

Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

Drafts, reviews, and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedure, and systems of operations.

Maintaining accurate information of company websites and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives.

Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams it meets sales and marketing human resource objectives.

Influences, communicate, motivates, and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Maintaining relationship with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
