A Very well reputable real estate company and from the top 5 in UAE, is Hiring a Sales director for Dubai's Branch. Education: Bachelor Degree and above. About You: Dubai's Real estate experience is a must. Representable and ability to lead a team with motivation to improve sales. Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills. Duties & Responsibilities :
- Builds and manages all aspects of a sales department inclusive of leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel development
- To develop effective training programs that teach sales agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Besides supervising sales agents, real estate sales managers also perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Real Estate Management: 5 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
