Job Description

A Director of Sales is a professional who manages and oversees the sales operations in an organization. They're responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage ,train, and and develop a sales team
  • Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
  • Manage the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy and prospect management
  • Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling and negotiation skills
  • Support and assist agents in closing deals when required
  • Manage leads for the team and ensure leads conversion
  • To be fully involved in training for own sales team especially new joiners
  • To motivate and monitor the sales teams to insure the best productivity and consistent sales
  • Plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training regularly
