Job Description

1) The Sales Director will develop their own strategy and designing the business plan with the different tools to maximize profitability. This will include but not limited to: a. Creating on line and off line marketing strategy to generate leads, (attracting customers) b. Putting in place a plan to convert leads, (Sales funnel management)
c. Building & developing sales reports & strategies , and teams report review & audit
d. Prepare budgets & sales forecasts e. Designing a customer service experience to maximize the “Sales through service” element. 2) They will manage the strategy by recruiting, training and developing a sales force brokerage a. They will identify the proper brokers in Dubai b. They will develop and implement a proper induction plan for new joiner. c. They will monitor the on-line marketing plan and its implementation. 3) Leads team performance: a. They will set the right example by being a front liner in selling b. They will set, monitor and guide activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve bro kers targets in a healthy motivating environment. c. They will manage communication and share best practices among brokers team. 4) Develop team performance: a. They will develop team performance using the right evaluation tools. b. Hold people accountable for performance. Requirements
Relevant Experience and Motivational Fit:
  • Up to 5 years’ experience in real estate sales in Dubai (Luxury Real Estate will be a plus)
  • Must have vision and drive to achieve results with the right leadership skills to lead the team.
-Fully operational in on line and off line lead generation techniques, personal selling and identifying and motivating own broker network and sales team.
- Marketing and media strategy knowledge.
  • Other information: Ideal candidate is between 32 to 40 years of age
-Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor degree in Business (MBA will be a plus) -Language: Fluent English ( written and spoken). Essential Skills : 1. Team and individual leadership abilities
