Job Description
Charterhouse is working with an established Real Estate firm who is looking to hire a Sales Director that specialises in Off Plan Sales, to join their growing team in Dubai.
About the role
The Sales Director will manage all efforts by the company's entire sales team, strategically planning and launching new products or services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Focusing on motivating team members, to boost morale and retention. This role will be responsible for creating and communicating sales goals and the plan of how to achieve those goals. In addition, you will prepare sales reports, build mutually beneficial relationships, and oversee both new employee training and ongoing training for existing employees. This role focuses heavily on building new relationship, attending events and exhibitions to network with investors. You will be accountable for building a database and looking at the strategic sales plan for the region. You will work closely with the sales team based in Dubai.
About you
The successful candidate should be Western educated either with a bachelor Degree or similar level. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in Off Plan Sales, within the GCC region. You should have excellent organisational and time management skills as well as outstanding communication skills.
