Looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and drive the sales team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the UAE real estate market with proven experience working in a real estate development company.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. - Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance. - Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive insights to optimize sales strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients and key stakeholders. - Oversee pricing strategies and sales policies to enhance profitability. - Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives. - Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of UAE Developer experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Must have experience working in a UAE real estate developer company. - Strong understanding of the UAE property market and sales strategies. - Excellent leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Bachelor's degree in business, real estate or a related field. - Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
