The candidate should have an experience in institutional sales of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. He is required to develop and execute a professional marketing strategy targeting B2B customers in domestic and international markets. The role will involve interaction with leading retailers, exporters, wholesalers, hotels, caterers, processors etc. to develop and drive the sales of fresh fruits in local and international markets
key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new key accounts in retail, wholesalers, exporters, catering, and hospitality sector etc. in domestic, regional and international markets
- Develop export markets
- Develop long-term partnerships with targeted accounts that result in increased sales
- Execute channel sales strategy
- Monitor, control and maintain product allocations
- Achieve sales volume goals
- Regularly coordinate, Inform, update and provide feedback to senior management
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 3-5 years selling experience within the Fruit and Vegetables sector, preferable with Agriculture background
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
