Sales Development Representative
Job Purpose
A Leading Hotel Key Card Manufacturer is looking for a young, energetic, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Middle East Development team. This role combines outreach and meeting generation with data-driven market research to support their expansion efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and target-oriented, with a passion for uncovering opportunities and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with Hotel's Purchase Managers/IT Managers,and decision-makers to generate leads and secure a set number of qualified meetings each week.
• Collect Data: Gather relevant data from Hotels.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes using CRM tools.
• Insight Reporting: Provide regular updates to the team to identify untapped market opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Strategy teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• High-energy, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed weekly meeting targets in a sales or business development environment.
• Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable working with Excel, CRM platforms, and presentation tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with Hotels would be an advantage but not mandatory.
