About the Role

Love That Design is hiring a Sales Development Representative for

.STUDIO

, our software platform used by interior design and architecture firms. We are looking for someone with

2-3 years of experience

in lead generation, SDR, or inside sales roles.

You will be responsible for researching potential clients, contacting prospects, qualifying leads, and booking demos for the Sales team.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential design and architecture firms Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social media Follow up on warm inbound leads Qualify prospects and schedule product demos Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and company records in HubSpot CRM Achieve daily outreach targets and monthly meeting quotas Update contact records, activity logs, and lead statuses daily Ensure all outreach, notes, and qualification details are recorded properly

Requirements

2-3 years experience in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation Proven history of booking qualified meetings Experience in SaaS or digital platforms is an advantage Strong communication and research skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with targets Interest in the design/interiors sector is a plus

Compensation

AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month + performance-based commissions

Key Performance Indicators

60-80 calls per day Weekly and monthly qualified meetings scheduled
