Job Overview
As an SDR at Deed, you'll be on the front lines of our growth. You will initiate conversations with potential investors, qualify them for our platform, and set the stage for a seamless sales process. This is a high-impact role for a motivated, goal-oriented individual who excels at relationship building, wants to expand access to real estate investing, and can collaborate closely with our Marketing and Success teams. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Outreach
Research and identify potential investors through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events).
Initiate contact and introduce Deed's unique fractional real estate proposition in a clear, compelling manner.
Lead Qualification
Conduct discovery calls to assess each prospect's goals, investment needs, and overall fit for the Deed platform.
Address initial queries about fractional real estate and highlight Deed's advantages (steady rental income, capital appreciation, etc.).
Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
Track leads, follow-ups, and next steps with an organized approach to meet or exceed monthly qualification targets.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with the Marketing team to leverage campaign-generated leads and refine messaging based on prospect responses.
Coordinate with the Success Team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified investors.
Provide feedback on market trends or investor pain points to shape product and outreach strategies.
Event & Webinar Participation
Represent Deed at virtual and in-person events or webinars to promote our platform and generate new leads.
Nurture relationships with industry professionals and prospective investor networks.
Day-to-Day Activities
Review inbound leads in the CRM and schedule initial calls or demos.
Perform outbound outreach (cold calls/emails, LinkedIn messaging) to priority leads.
Qualify prospects against key investor criteria, answering baseline questions about Deed's model.
Document each interaction thoroughly for full team visibility.
Participate in daily or weekly stand-ups with the CGO and Marketing to refine targeting strategies.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
2-3 years in sales, lead generation, or related roles (fintech, proptech, or similar startups preferred).
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
Confidence with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and basic sales outreach software.
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with real estate investing or financial markets.
Experience using advanced sales tools like SalesLoft/Outreach.io.
Prior success in a fast-paced startup environment.
