Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain cost prices and manage purchase orders
Suggest and implement business development strategies to expand market reach
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions
Maintain organized records of client interactions, quotations, and procurement activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role
Strong understanding of IT products and services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
