We're Hiring: Female Sales Executive - Hotel Venues & Event Planning

Location: Dubai

Are you passionate about sales and events? Do you love building relationships and closing deals that create unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a dynamic, ambitious Female Sales Executive to join our growing team and take our hotel venues and event planning services to the next level.

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in promoting our venues and services to potential clients. From corporate events to elegant weddings, you'll be the face of our brand--connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them bring their events to life.

What You'll Do:

Lead Generation: Scout and connect with potential clients through cold calls, networking, and online platforms.

Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our venues and services.

Build Relationships: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and preferences.

Present & Pitch: Deliver impactful presentations that highlight our event offerings and unique value.

Negotiate & Close: Handle negotiations and close deals confidently to meet sales targets.

Follow-Up: Stay in touch with clients before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify fresh opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our events, marketing, and service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Reporting: Keep track of your progress, update our CRM system, and share insights with management.

What We're Looking For:

Female candidates only (as per the nature of the role)

Must have a valid driving license and access to a car

Proven experience in sales--experience in hotel or event sales is a big plus

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Energetic, confident, and client-focused

Self-driven with a passion for success and relationship-building
